Who we are

emondo S.A. is an investment holding company based in Luxembourg that invests in companies in the energy sector by acquiring majority stakes.

We invest in companies where we can quickly create value through financial strength, strong management teams and innovation. Together with the investee company, we define a clear roadmap with concrete investment targets for the benefit of both investor and investee.

Where and when we invest

After more than 20 years of liberalization, the European energy market has clear structures and great opportunities, but, especially for small and medium-sized companies, it also faces great challenges due to its strong fragmentation.

We therefore invest primarily in established companies that have been active on the market for several years.
